Please cancel your appointment timeously.
46 hours before - No charge
24 hours before - 25% charge of the booked treatment, should no replacement be found.
12 hours or less - 50% charge of the booked treatment, should no replacement be found.
Appointments which are not cancelled and not kept will be charged for in full.
